I'll start by apologising for the terrible photo quality in this post, the weather and light have been truly terrible here. But if you can forgive me for that I'm sure you'll agree that this super simple recipe is very yummy! This recipe should serve about 6 people, if you use a 20cm tin.
You will need:
One thing you'll notice about this recipe, and most others that I share, is that there's nothing artificial. If I'm baking or cooking from scratch I keep things as natural as possible. I steer clear of artificial sweeteners and I don't buy DIY kits.
You'll also see that I used Clover to make this cheesecake, I could have used butter, but I find that Clover actually tastes better and with most cooking & baking is easier to use!
This recipe is so yummy, and while it's not the healthiest dessert out there, it's nearly Christmas, so treat yourself!
