The Wet Brush review

It's pretty wet & windy outside isn't it? And it's ruining my hair! If you have short hair then it's weather like this that makes me seriously envy you, mine is all the way down my back and is very thick, so when it gets tangled, it gets really tangled.

I've always combed my hair when it's wet rather than brushing at this is supposed to reduce breakage, but it still hurts and I still end up pulling out half my hair! Brushing hurts slightly less, but it's not as effective and it leaves my hair looking a right mess. So what we need is a brush that is as kind as a comb but without the pain.. this is where The Wet Brush comes in, and it's my Product of the Week!

The Wet Brush was voted the best detangling brush in the US and it's now available in the UK!

The handle is designed to be easy to hold, and the bristles are something really special. They're thin and flexible, but they have a rapid recovery memory which means they instantly go back to their original shape. The Wet Brush goes from being firm to flexible, all because of it's IntelliFlex bristles which means less tugging, pulling and tearing, which results in fewer split ends and less hair loss. Hurray!!

The Wet Brush is also designed to be used on extensions and wigs (it can be that gentle) and the very special handle is great for both adults and children to use.

It comes in all different colours and prints, from animal print to metallics. They even come with different scents! Mine has 'Powder fresh' which I absolutely love.

I found The Wet Brush really easy to use, and it truly does work. On wet hair it detangles perfectly, without pulling or tearing out my hair. With dry hair it smooths out knots and tangles, & is great for both before and after styling.

With all this horrible weather I've found The Wet Brush to be the perfect hairbrush to take with me in my handbag. It's small enough not to take up too much room, but is far more effective than normal 'bag sized' brushes.

I love The Wet Brush and I have no intentions of using any other hairbrush (or comb) again anytime soon. I would definitely recommend you get your own, whether for you, your children or even the man in your life! You won't regret it.

The Wet Brush is just £6.95 and you can get yours from Sally stores nationwide or www.sallyexpress.com

How are you battling against this weather and keeping your style intact? Let me know!

Stay safe, x
