The BEST Toasted Sandwich You'll Eat This Year, with Proper Pickle!

I love pickle. I would add pickle to just about anything and everything, but if there's one I adore pickle in more than anything else.. it's a toasted sandwich. YUMMY! 

Now I'm writing this with a rumbling tummy, which I'm not sure is a good idea, but I'm going to share with you the best toasted sandwich that you'll eat this year. It is delicious. 

You will need:

• PICKLE! Now English Provender do four Proper Pickle's which you can see in the photo above. I chose to use the finely chopped for this sandwich, but I've been dipping into all 4 (so yummy)!
• Bread.. personal choice of course.
• Cheese. The stronger the better.
• Ham. I used Oak Smoked.
• Some leafy salad.. mine contained spinach, watercress and rocket​.

Toasted sandwiches are, of course, super easy to make, but a couple of points...

1. Add the pickle after you've toasted, otherwise it could burn
2. Add the salad after you've toasted, or it will wilt... yuck
3. ENJOY!
