Pink Parcel July 2018 review lifeappears.com
No-one likes it when their period comes to visit, but I do love the arrival of my monthly Pink Parcel which not only has all the supplies I need to get me through the week but also have the goodies I look forward to so much.

July's theme is about all the glow to celebrate summer (and we are in the middle of a heatwave so it actually looks and feels like summer). Here's what I got in my box and what I thought.

  • We Are Tea Super Berry Infusion Tea - RRP £2.99 for a box of 15. I really liked this tea, it's light and fruity making it perfect for brightening up your morning or for that afternoon slump, and it's full of antioxidants to get your glow shining from the inside out.
  • Joe & Seph's Popcorn with Caramel & Belgian Chocolate - RRP £4.00 for 80g. This was so so so so yummy. It's gluten free, vegetarian and free of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It's a little on the expensive side so not something I'd buy often but I'll definitely repurchase if we have an extra-special movie night planned!
  • Jelly Pong Pong Stardrops Light-Activated Glow Drops - RRP £32.00 for 6ml. This is really lightweight and has a lovely smooth texture that doesn't feel greasy on the skin. It can be mixed in with moisturiser or foundation for an all over glow or applied directly to your cheekbones as a highlighter. I tried this mixed in with my BB cream and loved the way it really made my skin look radiant and it's amazing as a liquid highlight. I will happily keep on using until it runs out. Glow baby glow!
  • Magnitone WipeOut - RRP £14.99 for 2. I have a similar cloth to this for my eyes already so couldn't wait to try this out. The microfibre cloth is super gentle and actually very effective at removing makeup, all you need is water!
  • Balance Me Flash Cleanse Micellar Water - RRP £16.00 for 180ml. I've used this before and it smells amazing thanks to it's neroli oil. It does give your skin that final cleanse while locking in moisture but it's not suitable for the eyes which is a drawback for me personally, but it does feel really nice to use.
  • MUDMASKY Sleep Repair Renewal Nourishing Mask - RRP £60 for 60ml. Ok the price is a little high on this one for me to use it regularly but it's a really nice sleep mask. It goes on easily, absorbs very quickly and there's no sticky residue left behind to annoy you when you put your head on your pillowcase. My skin definitely looked brighter and more hydrated in the morning.
  • MUDMASKY Facial Detox Purifying Recovery Mask - £60 for 60ml. As with the sleep mask the price is steep but it's a decent face mask and did the job well. It feels nice on the skin and didn't dry down uncomfortably and was actually pretty easy to wash off which is unusual for a clay mask. I'll probably just keep this one for special occassions.

Overall I loved July's Pink Parcel; all great products, a yummy snack and a delicious drink made it a great month and I'm already looking forward to August.

If you receive Pink Parcel I'd love to know your thoughts so please drop me a comment below :)
