Whilst it might be time to put the sandals away that does not mean it's time to forget your feet! If anything you need to give them more love and attention at this time of year.
One of the main causes of dry skin on your feet is dehydration, and whilst that can be caused due to the warmer weather in summer it can also occur when you start wearing thick socks and boots every day! We all know dry skin can be unsightly but if you don't treat it, you could get cracks in your skin which would be very painful and harder to treat.
With the help of Scholl, here's 3 products to get your feet looking, feeling and smelling their best:
Luckily Scholl have the perfect product to give you some deep hydration to banish that dry skin on feet and leave your toes feeling fresh! Their Dry Skin Instant Recovery Cream exfoliates away dead skin, and sends moisture deep into the skin. I tried this out after a really long day on my feet and not only did they look much better, they felt wonderful! I've started applying this every day before bed and my feet look & feel great in the morning. It's so quick and easy to apply, and absorbs a lot faster than I expected.
The next step is to protect your feet in your shoes. I'm sure we all have a pair (or 5) that leave us feeling as though we've walked 10,000 when we take them off! The Scholl Party Feet Ultra Slim Invisible Gel Cushions are designed to give your feet some extra comfort so that you can avoid the burning pain that occurs in the balls of your feet. They're ultra slim and as you can see above, almost invisible! They stick firmly in place, without slipping and they're re-usable (and washable)! I stuck them in a pair of heels that I adore, but that kill my feet.. they made such a difference that instead of needing to take them off after an hour I was able to keep them on all day without any discomfort at all!
Now that your feet look and feel great, how do they smell? Forgive me, but we've all had a case of whiffy feet! Scholl Fresh Step Shoe Spray not only gets rid of odour, it also keeps them fresh and smell free for upto 24hours. Smelly feet can often be associated with the summer months, but if you're wearing thick socks and boots then they can still get a bit stinky! I used the spray on my running shoes, which didn't smell awful but could have been fresher; the spray brightened them right up and they're still smelling great!
With these 3 products from Scholl your feet will be perfectly happy all year around, no matter where you put them or for how long! I'd recommend you try out the whole range, but my favourite has to be the Dry Skin Instant Recovery Cream!
