I'm sure we all know that it can be really difficult to find the time and space to workout, wherever we are! But it can become 10x harder when you are away from home; you don't have your equipment, you probably don't have a lot of space and you might feel slightly less motivated.
I've struggled through this myself and came up with a few simple exercises to keep me from feeling sluggish due to lack of exercise when I'm away from home. I've tried and tested them myself so I know the work.
