Hello and Happy New Year! It's now 2018, last year is firmly behind us (thank god) and it's time to start focussing on what we want from the next 12 months.
I've never been one for New Years Resolutions and this year isn't any different, instead I'm focussing on areas that I want more from and certain activities I want to concentrate more time on to give myself more "me-time" and less stress.
So, if you feel like you want to hit the reset button in 2018 like me, here's how I'm hoping to make this year a lot happier and healthier...
My final piece of advice for putting the focus back on you in 2018? Don't sweat the small stuff. So ok, you wrote down that today you'd paint your nails, empty the bin, paint with the kids and book a doctors appointment and when you get into bed you realise you didn't do any of those things, but so what? It's not the end of the world and tomorrow you can start from fresh. Life's too short and worrying only makes it shorter.
