If I'm completely honest I have very little (read: none) experience or understanding when it comes to the world of highlighting, contouring and strobing. What even is strobing and where did it come from?!
Anyway, if you read my sneak peek at the new AW16 range from GOSH (here) you'll know they've brought out a gorgeous Contour'n Strobe kit which you can see above.
The lovely people at GOSH were also kind enough to put together a quick tutorial so you know what to do with it!
Highlighting is apparently where strobing comes in... it's the art of layered highlighter and it's important to remember less is more!
Key to all of these areas is blending... blend, blend again and then blend some more!
Let me know if you have any tips of your own!
Stay safe, x

- Contour - Use underneath cheekbones, on the side of the nose, along the hairline (if you have a high forehead), by the temples and under the jawline.
- Blusher - Add to the apples of the cheeks for a bright, fresh look!
- Highlight - Add to where the sun would hit your face naturally, so down the middle of your nose, chin, mid-forehead, cupid's bow, browbone and cheekbones.
