If you’re the kind of person who worries about your looks and about what people think about you, it’s time to realise that you might be your biggest enemy (but you're not alone). Body issues aren't uncommon in modern society where the media have made a name for themselves by sharing the image of accepted "perfection". According to them, the ideal woman should look a certain way and not be too different. As a result, too many women find it difficult to establish a positive and loving relationship with their own body. But with practice and time, you can learn to control those body issues that impair your self-esteem!

Build healthy habits from the start
The main problem when it comes to your body is that it often feels like the kind of things you can’t keep under control. Unlike other areas in your life, you can’t sort out your body with a quick phone call or a few clicks. You need to invest time and dedication. But, if discipline doesn’t come naturally, you should try establishing an organised lifestyle, from
using meal preps to stay on top of your grocery shopping and control your portions – no temptation to buy a cheeky burger for lunch – to planning your time ahead for the gym. Organising your life can give you more control over your body.

Work hard or cheat a little
Admittedly, it’s fair to say that if you want to transform your body, you ’ll need more than some organising tips. You’ll need to
put the work into it. Instead of going for a quick boot camp plan, try a slow but more effective in-depth workout, like yoga. You need to be realistic though, unless you use liposuction to spot target areas, you’ll have to be patient to see the first results. Changing your body doesn’t happen overnight.

Learn to love yourself
Whether you want to work on your body or not, the key to being in control, and removing these body issues that handicap your confidence, is love. If you can’t find it in yourself to
love your body just the way it is, you will struggle to transform it effectively. Indeed, happiness has no body shape. So if you want to achieve a state of mind where you can be happy with your body – regardless of its shape – you probably want to stay away from social media platforms for a little while. Cultivate self-awareness. It doesn’t transform your body, but it helps to remember who is in charge.

Dress to shine
Ultimately, there are a variety of body shapes. It would be unfair to claim that the only body worthy of love and attention is a size XS. Yet, the way you embrace your clothes can say a lot about your fashion standards. If you learn to
dress for your shape, you can not only boost your self-confidence but also start to notice a change in your perception of elegant bodies. Most body issues come from buying the wrong clothes for yourself.

In conclusion, body issues are the result of a lack of discipline, whether it comes to keeping your life under control, managing your workout schedule, or remembering to love your body.
